Complaining about the room.

Colberto: Sandy, come here and look at this!

Sandy: What’s wrong Colberto? 1

Colberto: This bathroom is a disaster! There’s hair in the shower, they only gave us one towel, and there doesn’t seem to be any hot water!

Sandy: Well, why don’t you call the front desk and see if they can do something about it. 2

Colberto: You’re right, I should complain. 3

Ring, ring…

Front desk: Garden Hotel, my name is Jenny Jones. How may I help you?

Colberto: Yes, My name is Colberto Precio and I’m calling from room 108. 4

Front desk: What can I do for you, Mr. Precio?

Colberto: We just got to the room and I went to freshen up. When I got in the shower I noticed there was hair everywhere and there was no hot water; it comes out lukewarm. There’s only one towel too. I don’t think that’s very appropriate considering it’s a double room. 5

Front desk: I’m so sorry Mr. Precio; we’ll send someone right up. Is there anything else I can do for you? 6

Colberto: Everything else seems to be fine. Thanks for your help.
