Aprende a usar correctamente «Want/ would»

Los verbos want y would like siempre se usan con to + infinitivo.

I want to go to the concert on Friday.

I would like to be a musician.

Esta regla sigue siendo verdad cuando usamos estos dos verbos con un objeto:

She wants me to be there.

We would like you to have this.

En negativo decimos:

I don’t want him to suffer.

You would not (wouldn’t) like Ron to be in charge.

Un error es traducir literalmente del castellano ‘I want that you go’, que no es correcto.
